Lokmaster ("the app") is operated by Taskmaster 247 ("we", "us"). It lets property owners and their staff control smart door locks — locking, unlocking, and managing access credentials such as PIN codes, cards and fingerprints. This policy explains what data we process and why.
Lock operations travel over encrypted connections. When your phone is beside the door it talks to the lock directly over Bluetooth. Remote operations pass through the lock manufacturer's cloud infrastructure, which processes the command and the lock's technical identifiers solely to operate your locks.
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen — this removes your account, your property data and your credentials from our servers. Activity logs already recorded for a property are retained by that property's owner for security auditing.
All connections use TLS encryption. Credentials written to locks are encrypted end to end between the app and the lock. Access to the management platform is authenticated and per-property isolated.
The app is a property-management tool and is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
